[Pac3] Party pac!

Needs pac3 to work,tf2 is recommended.Read the description before use to avoid dumb questions.There are 2 groups,one must have as owner name "rpg_missile" and the other must have "self". You can tell which is the firework group by looking at what they contain,the firework group has a rocket inside of it.Use rpg to shoot the firework and flashlight to play the thing of which I don't know the name lol.
