Description
This particular model of Patriarch MkII All Terrain Rescue Vehicle (ATRV) is a Medevac variant of an amphibious vehicle Patriarch MkII, which was in turn retrofitted from an unarmed surplus military armored personel carrier Patria AMV, originally created by FreakishWizard:

The following features have been added to the Medevac variant, on top of all the baseline model features:

- Larger rear compartement, featuring 2 medical beds and 1 doctor's chair.
- Medical (red and blue) blinkers (button in cockpit).

In regards to speed, have you tried switching to the turbine motor? ;)
