In all seriousness, please do not vote for this skin. It's pure garbage, has no effort put into it whatsoever, and was made as a joke. It was made as a parody of multiple skin creators on the workshop who have no creativity whatsoever and like to put out bland matte recolors for weapons with no gradients.
