Loot error fixes

Description
Fixed some bosses having champion loot instead
Fixed some champions having wrong loot

Currently i am unable to make Winter Widow have boss drops without making her not drop Winter's mantle (which she is supposed to drop 100% of the times), fix coming soon

Skulls like Lovantine and Karandir are similarly indefinitely useful yet have a maximum level drop for some reason.

@ Ings (author): Allow Skull of Limony to drop indefinitely regardless of how high the level goes.
5% All Damage Reduction is something that becomes inaccessible late game.
