New badge-like emblems for your empire!

Description

I've decided to explore a bit outside the changing of images in-game and into the creation of emblems. These are hopefully high-quality (they seem to be), and everything should be working perfectly. If enough of the feedback is positive, I will be sure to make some more! Maybe in this mod, or possible in another mod.

The AI is set to not use these.

The mod is currently perfectly functioning with Stellaris 2.3. I may update it in the future with more content, but for now, you can safely ignore the launcher's warning.
