Description
I watched how employees wander around the office, and came up with this arrangement to keep them working longer. A 17x17 modular floor plan which can be stacked vertically, or connected horizontally with hallways on all four sides. Each shift, employees seek out coffee, bathrooms, and vending machines. If there aren't enough, they wander to other floors. There are plenty of each machine to keep employees in their local area.

Additionally, I took into account the noise profile. The worst offending machines, such as vending, air conditioning, and refrigerators, are located far away from workers. This mod is the first floor of an unlimited size building. Each floor costs $103,000 You can make your own second floor, by simply converting the lobby into a workspace with 6 more desks. Or, 2 rooms of 3 desks each.

The result of this floor plan, is what I consider a 'perfect' office when taking into account price, noise, pathing, and worker efficiency.

Features:
* Modular floor plan with 41 Computers with all rooms 200% environment
* 2 Centrally located elevators in the break room with coffee and vending machines
* Canteen noise is shielded from all work space
* Color coded rooms can be restyled as needed
* 4 bathrooms close to work areas reduces travel time
* Separate elevator for printing room, next to the lobby, so staff doesn't trample through the office
* Workspace around the perimeter shortens hallway travel times
* Central break room, stocked with coffee, keeps extreme noise away from all the workers

I tend to stick with the general color scheme of the game. Green rooms were programmers, blue was Designers, and red was Artists. Purple I made for leaders, because it's the color of royalty. Unfortunately the room lables and color styles don't get saved along with the floor plans in the workshop when you download it. But, I did think about that too.

Each room has bit of open space to it, that allows you to click that open space, and select the room options from the right click menu. Then you can make your own style. That's the important thing. I didn't intend those room colors to be set in stone.

If you need three blue rooms, and you want blue to be for just to build a piece of software, then you go ahead and do that. The colors aren't the imporant part of this layout. What matters is the traffic flow of employees getting up repeatedly during the work day to get coffee, meetings, bathrooms, vending, food, and then leave for the day.
