Somebody tell me why Regis has a cloak in the third picture but in the first two he doesn't....that shit makes NO sense.

The cloak took on August 4 amendment. The reason is that there is no bone that can move the cloak to Noctis. If you want a cloak, MOD can be easily made by a beginner, so why do not you try it.

now the story is kinda like the king revenge himself with his friends (except for Clarus...) awesome work!
