Sab Secret Weapons - ACE3 Compatibility

Description
ACE Compatibility patch for Sab Secret Weapons.

Currently only adds event handlers for CBA extensions so that vehicles can be repaired, reloaded, refueled and have their pylons reconfigured.

More features will be added as deemed necessary.

@Zharfenstein Thank you for looking into it! I found that for some reason i couldn't use ace at all while on the Nimitz Aircraft Carrier modded asset. I have no idea why but it doesn't really matter. This mod seems to work as intended anywhere else. Sorry for the confusion. I am looking forward to the update though!

@NagaSadow, I tested it out and for me all the pylon configured vehicles still work with ACE for me. Please make sure your server settings allow for changing pylons and you're using an ACE configured ammo vehicle. I would try with vanilla HEMTT Ammo next to you. You can also double check if the vehicle really supports pylons if you use Zeus Enhanced, double clicking the vehicle will give you an option edit pylons in zeus.

This compat is quite old but it still seems to work for me, however I will make an update soon to reflect the changes Secret Weapons has done. There's a possibility that it might not work for everyone every time currently.

Did a testing op with this mod loaded yesterday and wasn't able to edit the pylons on any SW vehicles. Everyone had advanced engineering perms, toolkits, and multiple kinds of vics that should allow you to edit the pylons.

haven't tried in a while, so not sure really... if you have problems please be more specific, otherwise I can check it out later this week
