Who knew that an old trading center could be perfectly repurposed as a full functioning base? By putting in hangar doors and stripping the interior this building is fully transformed into a tier 3 base. It has everything available up to level 12 and takes 2.5 hours to be constructed.

The layout is intuitive and navigating this base is easy due to it's large rooms. The main hangar bay can store a medium sized HV and many small ones can be parked in the old loading bays. On the roof there is also a spot to dock a medium sized SV.

Life support is included for all the areas of the base except the hangars, don't forget to put your helmets on when heading outside! There are 24 growing plots, 2 of each machine, plenty of storage options, and a fully equipped medical bay. The roof houses many solar panels, but tanks are present as backup. All lighting is either on motion sensors or light switches to save power. See the screenshots for any building specifications.

When placing the building, be sure to lower it half a level into the ground for the best result.
