Combat Commander: Europe

Description
*** This version is superceded by my new mod, which also includes Combat Commander: Mediterranean ***

This is my 1.0 version of Combat Commander: Europe by GMT Games. Maps are hi-res, and hexes and unit counters are sized in proportion to the physical game. Although some official GMT assets are used, including the ZunTzu module they have authorized for use in the past, this mod has been created without their express consent. As such, and as per their stated restrictions[www.gmtgames.com], the rulebook and scenario book are not included, such that at least one player must own the physical game.

Thanks for checking out my mod. Please visit GMT Games (https://www.gmtgames.com) or your friendly local game shop and pick up a physical copy of this brilliant game.

@Bogue It's more of a space-saving design, but it works the same. You just use the winning army's token to indicate who's ahead. The Control counters are double-sided, so you can use a German-US Control counter, for example, and just flip it for whoever's ahead. So if the US is up two points, you flip it to the US side and put it on the 2 marker. If Germany then scores 3 VPs, you'd flip it to the German side and place it on the 1 marker.

is there a reason why the VP meter isn't the tug of war like the physical box game...we started playing this and realized it wasn't the same. maybe there was a rules change but curious on how to play it. thx! GREAT Work!

I'm currently working on CC:Mediterranean and hope to have the new mod posted by the end of the year. Nothing further than that in the pipeline for me.

Is there any intention in adding the expansions at any point?

Thanks for the mod, very cool.

Like the manual, you can use your hard copy or import it to the game yourself. Per GMT's wishes regarding the use of their assets, this module was designed for players who already own the game.
