Fallout 3 - Please Stand By [30 Sec]

I had looked for probably 45 minutes for something like this to use as a screen saver, but couldn't find anything. So I took a 5 second clip from the startup of Fallout 3, and extended it. I also added in effects to give it that Fallout feel.
