Use Every Seat

Description
This mod counts the actual number of seats in all vanilla passenger
vehicles and sets their passenger capacity to match while keeping
the price and maintenance costs at pre capacity increase prices.

Characteristics:
* Only applies to vanilla vehicles purchase with the mod enabled.

* If disabled purchased vehicles will retain their capacities.

* If disabled unpurchased vehicles will revert to their stock capacities.

* Passenger vehicles with no seats are assigned real world capacities or remain unchanged.

* Should not be use with other mods that change vanilla vehicle passenger capacity, price or maintenance cost.

BGR, well, actually, there is: amount of profit. Using 12 wagons when only 3 will be filled which
create money, is pretty expensive ;o) (and obviously, not your fault at all)

There is nothing preventing you from making the trains as long as you want in this mod.

Is there a way to disable the passanger increse for train cars? I love this mod but i miss my long passanger trains.

I always hated the low passanger capacity for vehicles. Thank you for making this.

This makes a very interesting change to the game, in some cases 1 bus will be doing the same job as 3 or even 4 buses before. Also that twin coach is a beast but luckily still gets outclassed by the fishbowl simply because it is faster.

@hlmvy, I have looked at those type of changes but have not been inspired to make them yet.
