Breeding Enabled

Description
Adds a new item to the game, can be learned at level 0 for 0 engrams.
Remote use the item (potion) on the parents you want to breed and then just enable wandering!

To not have breeding stuff take forever add some of these settings and edit them the way you wish: [Not confirmed to work yet]

Also you may need to check your gameusersettings.ini or game control panel and make sure these settings are correct DisableImprintDinoBuff=false
