Remove Narrator for Endless Loading Screen

Description

Update: Now removes the voiceover for all boss loading screens in the base game not including Darkest Dungeon. If it would be preferred for it to be a separate mod then mention so in the comments.
This mod stops the narrator from repeating his voice line when loading into endless. Saves about 8 seconds.
