place then unfreeze by looking at with physgun and pressing R

dupe description:

a giant terrarium in a bottle that has plants, a waterfall with a small pond and river, some flying insects and some crawling insects.

(the glowing on the insects may break sometimes and you may need to spawn the dupe again)
