the stats are same as original, i made this because i had problems downloading all assets ingame

I think it's Just to decorate your city... If you combinate this with functional airport vehicles and my military busses than you have patroling military vehicles...
Or you can also use service vehicle selector for my police/military vehicles for military police assets...
