Wandering Bob NPCs

Description
Yes, they actually have AI! They wander around, and when they come to a wall they back up or turn.

This is a really nice way to make the city feel more alive!
967 bricks for each crowd, and 21 Bobs in each crowd.

it no longer works since the 1.0 update, for some reason all of the remote control pieces deleted themselves from the build

they use sensors to detect objects, which deactivate the actuator for the according wheel, so they turn away from the object.
