21 level item generator v4 too fast to stop

This is by far the most efficient and interesting item generator map, however there are a few rules you have to follow to make it working:

1) Use runes to increase enemy moving speed, has to be at least 55%. (This is important, and the more the better)
2) Use 4x speed, (double click >> to start game, very important, because 4X speed really increases moving speed not game speed, if you understand what I am say,)
3) Call all waves in advance (Just keep clicking waves or enter E)
