-对寒冷免疫。
-高度耐热，但不能免疫。
-遭受雷电伤害4倍
武器：水丸
-攻击69.2，距离1，耐久400次。
-武器能够砍树，开采岩石（需要更多次数，不消耗耐久）。
-持剑时在夜晚3x3地皮发出微光，不太亮，能看得清。白天不刺眼。
-武器可制作，用5蓝宝石、5黄金、10石砖，25冰块。
-对怪物的高伤害倍数
（免疫寒冷和耐热以及对怪物的伤害倍数似乎失效了。）

So I'm pretty sure at this point the way cold and heat works has changed since this character was introduced, or perhaps he was nerfed? But he doesn't appear to be immune to the cold or resistant to heat anymore, and his damage multiplier to monsters also doesn't seem to be there? Honestly, I like this guy a lot, he's a good beatstick so to speak, I wouldn't consider him overpowered in a way that detracts from the game. All of his perks are raw stats and he doesn't really carry any utility with him.

just as @Ukara said another op oc mod... its a shame. still happy that he was made but making the game less enjoyable for everyone around him is disappointing

So perks include:

-Starts off with a Katana (Mizumaru)
-does not lose sanity when wet.
-starts off with 150 Hunger , 125 Sanity and 300 HP
-immune to cold and freezing to death.
-Highly resistant to heat but not immune to it.
-takes 4x damage from lightning

Mizumaru stats and effects:
-able to mine rocky formations(increased mining times as penalty)
-cut trees(increased cutting times as penalty)
-Charlie won’t hurt you if you have the sword
-craftable with 5 Blue gems, 10gold,10 cur stones and 25 ice
-High Damage multiplier to monsters

Is there any info about the characters that you guys build?

Neat idea, but for people who want's to use this character, some info would be needed.
