[EO] Heavy Projection Carrier

The heavy hitter of the Ember Orbit fleet, securing company assets anywhere in the solar system. The projection carrier carries a wide range of drones from the cheap pico cannon drone to the huge Massive Rail Drone mounting a 100MW raikgun. The ship itself also mounts 2 types of railgun a high power 500MW railgun and a low power but small and heavy armored 50MW design that is hard to snipe off either with lasers and railguns, (for a full list of weapons see below). The heavy projection carrier is designed to be used for gunboat diplomacy and independent crusing; it combines the abilities of a heavy carrier along with the weapon systems of missle and drone destroyers (destroyer as in ship that destroys missles and drones), micronuke gyrojets for use against missles and interceptor raildrones for use against other drones. Of course having 3 independent ships would be more effective, but we could not work it into the buget and for independent cruise mission it is better to be, well, independent. Good swarming captians
