Ice has added the manual to his mod, I will leave this here for now but if your using his mod you don't need this anymore sinces its now included


Manual To be Used with the Plague Inc Mod by Ice here on the Workshop.

Please Note this is not the Game you still need the mod by Ice to play the Game, I just did this for my own personal use
and decided to help and upload my Already made Rules.

I only uploaded it in-case the Mod Dev of the Plague Inc mod wants to add it to the mod.

Or if someone wants to add it to there game when they set one up with the Mod.

I have it save locally for myself
