Description
Lou Thesz, former 6-time World Champion, established himself as a legend during his long in-right career. Thesz was a major star in the NWA in the 30's, 40's and 50's. Thesz won the NWA World Heavyweight Championship a final time at age 46 in 1963, then held the title for another three years. Thesz's last match came in 1990, making him one of only two in history to wrestling in seven different decades.

Many to follow patterned their in-ring style after Thesz, and he's still recognized today as one of the most influential professional wrestlers of all time.

Thesz was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2016.
