Alpha 12 - Unlock level 5 / CPU tier 1

(Original Description)
Unlock level 5. As basic as basic gets. Has a harvester and a mobile constructor (see double update). Cheap as chips, as they say somewhere...

Added screenshots to show where to put a Fridge, Detector and Armor Locker. I also updated the BP with markings for those items as well as new protective plating on the squishy bits underneath and next to the cargo boxes.

**Update -- I've revamped this for Alpha 9 and it's level 5 now (they changed the unlock level of the constructor to 5). I've added the wireless connector and it now comes with the fridge. And the container controller thingy of course - It has a touch over 3500 storage between the main cargo, the ammo storage and the fridge.


**Double Update! -- Updated to comply with CPU (Alpha 12). As part of that, the armor locker and detector are now included (still has wifi, fridge and harvest module), but the mobile constructor is missing. There are spots in the back to add a CPU extension and a constructor. There is 4,000 storage in the main hold.

The first three images still show traditional cargo boxes, but these have been replaced with extensions. The last 3 images are current. (no they aren't!) (they are now!) (stop arguing with yourself!)
