[HCS] Heavy Battlestar

High Capcity Systems first ship, designed to do combat in any way the enemy wants to fight and beat them at it. It comes equiped with 4 heavy lasers as well as a variety of railguns and drones including a High Capacity Systems version of the massive railgun drone. The battlestar itself has moderatly low deltaV but makes up for it with overwhelming firepower once it arives on station.
