Toontown Cogs Mod Part A

Adds 4 cogs from toontown as enemies to Qud. This mod gives the game more variety of enemies, with enemy levels ranging from 5 to 22 based on which of the 4 cogs.

Flunky:
Hits you with a tie and is generally useless
Cold Caller:
Hits you with a phone and just like in the real game has a flaming hands.
Bloodsucker:
Sucks your lifeforce away with his legal finiesse
Double Talker:
Has two heads and sunders your mind with annoying legal Jargon.
