[HCS] Heavy Laser Cutter

The High Capacity Systems Heavy Laser Cutter blurs the line between a faster ship of the line and a laserstar. It mounts 6 1 GW 3 meter mirror lasers, each laser is ~3.5% efficient and puts about 35MW of power downrange for 250 MW/M^2 intensity at 1000 KM. The laser cutter has ship of the line grade armor instead of the standard laserstar armor of tinfoil and prayers, allowing it to withstand punishment from long range suicide drones or other standard anti laserstar equipment. The laserstar mounts 12 small 50MW armored railguns to stay in the fight but should be stationed with a fleet to protect against missles.
