I tried to update this mod and it's still showing the 2018 textures, I use crowbar to make addons.

this mod is a wip

This project was too ambitious for my 15 year old self (in 2018)

but I recently learned the best way to transfer retail colors and brightness/dirtiness to the hd beta texture.

I used a little bit of AI UPSCALING but not on the leaked citizen faces themselves as they would look horrid.


my technique (to convert beta to retail) can be done without ai upscaling but it leaves noticible splotches on the texture.
