Techs Axle Stabilizer

Description
based several Multi-tech based principles, this stabilizer works as a VERY powerful gyroscope, as well as adding musch needed friction to any hover bot you put together!

based off of AstraTheDragon's own stabilizer, this version is more compact, and uses low grade blocks.


the blocks on the sides of the tech aren't "needed" per se, but there do need to be blocks there to contain the inner tech and keep the stabilizer from having clipping and balance issues, so keep that in mind when building off of this.

For those interested, the stabiliser I built was based of a schematic @Legionite created. As far as I know he was the first person to pioneer and perfect the axial stabiliser.
