I realise this may not be supported any more but curious to know whether others are having similar issues. I'm having to prop up both ERE and WRE as the Parthians to have any kind of late game at all. I realise I'm playing as the easiest faction but that should be offset by the difficulty.
Other mods, campaign difficulty, and campaign-to-campaign variance will affect the mod's impact.
For example, on my last modded campaign on VH difficulty (playing as the Jutes), the WRE survived 100+ turns in, with territory loses mostly in Gaul and Britain due to loads of enemies all across their northern borders, including me.
My guess is that the severity of early aggression against the WRE (and ERE) will have the greatest impact on their long time survival. If the Romans can stabilize early on, they have a good chance of making it well into the 400s.
