Description
Maped out by the Sons of William Penn in 1743 and then est in 1752 to act as the county seat for Berks County. It became a major railroad hub with the P&R Railroad company and acts as the inspiration for the Reading Railroad on the Monoploy board.

To make 422 suck just change the speed limit to slow everything down like traffic does in real life
