Description
This broke with the rework of body parts

Adds a underwear slot!
Update:
Gives most humanoid characters in the game underwear (before was only snapjaws and goats)!
Increase compatablity with other mods

requires scripting enabled to work

underwear comes in panties and boxers
thanks MShadowy for the boxers and panties sprites!

Nerfs dismember due to an issue with its code that I can't see to patch out and i already spent like 5 hours trying to figure out

im done trying to figure out the issue with dismember. sorry for the balance issues this causes

i've spent several hours trying to fix the dismember code but for some reason fixing the dismember code breaks the rest of the underwear mod
