Highborn Daughters- Celtic Women

Hey dudes, this is the same as https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1462861603&searchtext=highborn but it allows the celtic factions to recruit these fine women into their hordes.

They are also general units for the Picts, Caledones, and Ebedani. I buffed the units so they have better charge but slightly weaker melee defense and hp. They also can use frenzied charge so that they better fit the Celtic playstyle while remaining heavy as a son of a gun.

This mod is meant to be used with a celtic playthrough, as ALL the old and new factions for this unit have the same stats and abilities. Talk to me about it if you don't like it, but this unit is expensive enough that I have never seen the AI use it. So it should not break any immersion for you (hopefully).

Same as the other ones, it works with radius.
