13 Aug update
1. Included Baratheon house units. Thanks to fans Rorschach, and Howland Reed. In fact, most of the content updates are from fans.
2. Corrected some commanders' card back displayed incorrectly in hand. However not all commanders' cards are corrected. Most likely affected commanders are Lannisters and Starks.

19 July update
1. Included new FF units and heroes box I, NW heroes box I
2. Added an option to switch to 6'x4' board.
3. Clear terrains button adds a layer of confirmation to avoid accidentally deleting all terrains.
4. Known bug: Commander tactic cards back display a certain card when in hand. This is caused by a recent TTS update which clears all deck back hidden settings of previously loaded assets. All base commanders and commanders from Stark and Lannister heroes box I are affected. It is planned that this issue would be resolved by uploading new assets later.

19 June update
1. fix some of the cardback as blank or card face issue when in hand zone
2. the main board now is non interactable so that you cannot unlock or delete it accidentally
3. delete the rule book and mod instruction cause they may cause stuff flying around currently. These may be put back in the future.
4. updated a number of cards fix under newest 1.4 edition, including Lord Varys, Sandor, Tyrion, Gregor and some other cards.

10 June update
1. Standees for existing units of NW and FF are added. They are not put in box yet but all components for play are now complete. No need to use proxies anymore.
2. Joffrey's tactic cards are available now and he can be a weird commander now.

6 June update
1. Lannister heroes 2 and Starks heroes 2 included. Thanks for our co contributor Rorschach! Salute.
2. King Joffrey's tactic cards are omitted in this version so you cannot use him as a commander now. Fix coming soon.

14 May update
1. Changed the layout a bit so that components do not fly off on initial load
2. Note that there are still problems. If you save and load, it seems that all components on the rulebook side of the table would glitch a bit. Causing major troubles. So if you are not finishing the game in one go, you probably will experience problems on next load. The reason for this is unclear. Potentially a major overhaul is needed.
3. Beta trays are now in the centre of the table. They are still beta but they are better than old ones in all means. Old trays are moved to the side of the table.
4. Hopefully i get some time to work on scripts in July.
5. I can see there are lots of problems associated with the various tools and scripts. They are far from perfect, but i think they are still easier to use than doing everything manually. Bugs are inevitable and hopefully I can make it better in the future.

14 April Update
Updated the new terrain setting function for map number 2 (it is only available on the default map 2 now)
All terrains would be set as near flush with map to mitigate the issues that moving trays colliding with terrains.
They still collide but the impact is reduced to acceptable level. You would not notice unless paying close attention. The current setting does not support the objective token placed on terrains as the objective token would not be clearly visible. This problem can be solved in a later patch.
Known bug: If you use save&load, or go back function when the movement tray is at command (for example in the process of movement, with attack rulers displayed, trying to pivot), then when you reload the tray would be reset to initial state, leaving it unable to interact with some tools, for example leaving rulers on the table, leaving UI elements visible. This bug cannot be solved easily without deeper level script changes. Currently, the easiest way to avoid this bug is not to save&load, or go back, when the trays are executing any command. Return your tray to the initial state, by clicking "done" button to end any command it is trying to do. Then you may save&load. (Note that returning to "Battle Ready" state does not impact game play, unless you are in the middle of some commands before)

April 13 Updates
Good news we have two new contributors to the mod.
Our new friends will bring unit standees for NW, FF, and new units of other factions into the mod soon.
I will continue to look into the script stuff to make life better.
Hopefully we can get next big update in July /smile

8,9 March Updates - More beta test for new movement trays
This round of update tries to fix all the figures onto the tray and follow the tray all the time.
Please use the beta trays to see what you can do with them, and to see if there are any bugs.
Again no instruction is provided and see if the trays are easy enough to use.
This update may not support the save and load game activity well.
Please do some test over save and then load the game under different conditions to see if you can identify any bug.

3 March Updates - Beta Test for new movement trays!
This is a major update of the scripts, which improves how movement trays function.
These trays are able to support free pivot for less than 15 degrees, better movement guide and restraint, and automatic alignment for charge.
(They are located behind the rule book, at the end of the table)
These new tools are still in beta phase. Players are welcome to try out.
Pay attention to the following:
1. Do not use miniatures with the beta trays. Try to use tray only.
2. No instructions are provided. The trays are designed as intuitive as possible and my goal is that anyone familiar with the game rules would be able to immediately understand how to use them. I am trying to see if my design has achieved this goal. The previous tools, although quite convenient and easy to make, are not intuitive for players.
Players are welcome to contribute to the discussion if you find any bugs, identify any potential improvements, or any suggestions. Please comment.

The way to connect the trays with figures or standees on them, so that you can actually play with them in game, can be very challenging. The easiest way is not to use any standees or figures at all, just use one flat tray with unit info on it to represent. The most difficult way would be to use UI on the tray to replace actual miniature, similar to the current condition tokens effect on the tray. Whatever way we are trying to do, it involves quite some challenges with game setup, players' operation, and scripting. Please also comment and make suggestions on this top.

Sorry do not have the time to make all the standees or boxes.
At least with unit cards and proxies it is possible to play first.
Scorpion wont be with us any soon.
Next update should get all the boxes and layout cleared, as well as some improvements over movement guide tools.

it seems that this version of the mod is no longer maintained.
Last year I have taken this mod and started improving on it. The result is the ASoIaF:Community Edition which you can find here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2077621477
That version is still actively maintained.
