R&D 501st ARC170&XWING Fix [Server - Key]

Description
This is open source to allow other StarSim Units & Communities use.

This mod fixes the X-Wing, and ARC-170 crashes.
Any problems please leave them in the comments!

Mod is a lifesaver was trying to have X-Wings in op and couldn't without this, but now I can ty.

@BC Jay [501st], We initially had problems with your perdmete due to the fact that it was not signed, but now there is a problem with a bad signature.
