Enki class Ocean Support Vessel - Platform Utility Vessel UPDATED

Description
------
NEWS
------

NEW SYSTEMS! Gps, Autopilot, conputer controlled searchlight, fire supression system + many more! I've added so many new things/improved old things for this edition, I honestly can't remember most of them to list them here. Just go with it.

I've also done some adjustments to the weather detection system + cleaned up some redundant logic to help FPS a little bit. For a craft this big and absolutely jampacked with features, she is really light on the old FPS compared to most other ships.

------
INTRODUCTION
------

Introducing the Enki class OSV/PSV ships; a bespoke luxury utility vessel built for the most extreme conditions that can be found in the North Sea.

Ea Shipyards has since a couple of minutes of writing this been at the forefront of shipbuilding for the rough conditions of offshore platform operations.

With the new Enki class, featuring a revolutionary bow design by esteemed shipdesigner Raysou_Wu, you will be able to brave the harshest conditions on the planet effectively, while still reaping the fruits of cutting edge luxury yacht comfort. The large profile bow provide excellent response to waves and also shields the crew working on deck from headwind, allowing full operational status even in hurricane force winds.

Oh, and she's real fast for a utility vessel.

-------
FEATURES:
-------

- Innovative Logic systems by Tajin
-Three seperate, autonomous stabilization systems working together
- GPS and autopilot: input coordinates or a heading.
- Intelligent wind detection system that calculates - in real time - the actual wind speed AND the windspeed on the ship
- Collision warning system
- Bow thrusters allowing for 360 degree turning on the spot, or lateral docking.
- Two powerful crane systems.
- Firefighting system
- Fog detection system + automatic fog lights when fog reaches a certain threshold
- Warning system for dangerous winds
- 4 beds
- Elevated heli platform that does not obstruct visibility
- VERY comprehensive anchor system

-----------
DETAILED FEATURES
----------

- The ship is delivered with our new A S S (Autonomous Stabilization System) stabilization framework, providing 3 seperate, fully fledged and highly effective stabilization systems, utilizing intelligent ballast compensation, propulsion stabilization and on the fly weight distribution, all working together to keep the vessel stable in both roll and pitch in hurricane force winds with monster waves. It was also an A S S to build.

- A comprehensive and smooth Autopilot GPS system designed and built by the amazing Hesimark (of KV Harstad fame) has been added, taken from one of the best and most underappreciated ships on the workshop:

Just punch in your desired heading into the small keypad and press the Autopilot - Masterswitch, and it will find and hold that heading. Likewise, just enter X/Y coordinates into the large keypad, and hit the GPS button (the Autopilot - Masterswitch needs to be engaged for this to take effect) and it will travel to that coordinate and crash into any islands in the way, so you get to actually plan a route and navigate! The autopilot will display how far away you are from your target, and when you hit your target, the ship will circle it untill you disable autopilot or input a new heading/new coordinates. And the best thing of all; it's not PID based, so everything is suuuuper smooth.

- This model features a comprehensive wind detection system designed by Tajin. Windspeed, actual windspeed (compensating for the vessels foreward speed), crosswind and wind heading in degrees is displayed.

- A collision warning system is also in place, as well as a fog warning system that automatically triggers blinking navigation lights in fog thickness exeeding a certain threshold to help other vessels maintain certainty of your current position at all times.

- A system of bow thrusters lets this vessel navigate in tight spaces, and effectively allows it to easily turn around 360 degrees on a dime using the two throttle controllers found integrated in the main console. She can also dock laterally using left and right keys when having bow thrusters engaged.

- Speed is displayed in KM/H and knots only, being that we are not savages here.

- Bearing/heading is displayed in 0-360 degrees instead of the ingame values, in order to correlate with the current wind heading sensor that is a part of the weather detection system, also displayed in degrees.

- An open bridge, allowing for free 360 degrees visibility easily outdoes almost everything on the market today regarding visibility, style and function, and the new, bespoke Sumer Console enables the crew to easily and safely manage the ship, while still being as intuitive as possible, with each component clearly marked with a short description of what it does, and split up into seperate sections, so as to make for a stress free working environment.

- 4 luxury beds allow for crewed missions and longer journeys.

- The Enki class features an out of the way, elevated helicopter landing platform for deck workspace convenience and visibility. The heliplatform is customized with magnetic locks that are tailored to perfectly fit an AgustaWestland helicopter that I will be uploading in the coming days. It is an upgrade I made of an upgrade someone else made of one of the best helicopters ever uploaded to the workshop, so expect a fine search and rescue helicopter.

- A new feature of the Enki class is the multifaceted heavy duty crane, constructed around a design developed by MrNJersey for the Vanguard. The Autonomous Stabilization System allows the crane to be operated freely, without restrictions regarding balance and weight, even when holding heavy loads way off the sides of the vessel.

Original crane found here:

Even though this is an almost complete rebuild, the underside and front of the hull were made by the fabulous Raysou_Wu, found here:

@CrappyPCs Yes, as of the new patch with the advanced features, this no longer works. I'll get around to fixing it eventually, as it is the workshop's ultimate supply vessel and the first ship in Stormworks (to my knowledge) with three seperate autonomous stabilization systems, so it would be a shame just leaving it broken like this. It'll come back one day.

i just tested your ship and it capsized as soon as i spawned it and i spawned it another 5 times and it keeps capsizing the ship broke by atleast the newest update add more stableization even though this is a 2 month old build

Nice! Very sleek, comfortable and useful! I would marry it, if I didn't already have a boyfriend that's yet to be married!

I got you man, I think you can release it already, since it's my helicopter.
