Description
A survival map based on my estate. Still a lot to do (props, NAV, etc.) but this is playable.

First attempt at working with hammer since it was called Worldcraft

Any comments on anything you see as being wrong are much appreciated. But heres a few things i know that aren't quite right...

ladders - bots can't climb them (silly bots)

set decoration - mainly around the garden areas

skybox - still trying to figure that one out - it looks like the estate is in the middle of nowhere

a few areas that aren't NAV edited - namely inside the houses on the window ledges (if you sit there spitter goo will kill you... you've been warned!)

the odd NODRAW texture - need to make sure they're all textured properly

the gap beind the house on its own - dont fall down there cause you wont get out (edit - you can go in there but the goo will get you... and this might happen https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=148067789

windows - dont break :|

you shoudn't be able to get onto the roofs... but you can

tanks don't spawn properly - they sometimes spawn at places where there is no nav meshes set up... for some reason

and lastly a big thanks to the guys at www.worldofleveldesign.net for the tutorials, without them I wouldn't have got this far!

Cool idea, but... Needs lots of work for survival. There is one area outside near the end of one of the housing complexes where it should be blocked off or finnished. You can see the sky where the ground should be ( void area). In the attic of one of the burning building, the ammo refil item is sideways. Simply put. The whole map looks unfinished. Could be more buildings to enter. And a lot more weapons. The double doors in one of the buildings leading ouside to the back yard don't open correctly. The windows don't break when you shoot them. However I was able to shoot the computers out one of the unbreakable windows. I think it would be awesome if you could go into the shed. Some TLC. However I like the idea. I would be more than happy to resubscribe if you make an update or finish it.

im think i understand you. go into the console and type 'map <mapname> survival'. if you dont type survival after the map name then it will just go into normal mode.
