You can run the game in the background (without minimizing it) for the 2 hours achievement. Just let it sit in any of the stories. The achievement is given on the first click after 2 hours have passed.

Thank you for this great guide! For the 2 hours achievement, the time is reset to 0 if the player returns to the title screen. It also doesn’t count if any menus are open and the game must be ‘’active’’, so the best way to get it to start a game in Windowed mode and only click a few times every x minutes. That's how I unlock it during testing.
