dupe description:

instructions on how to wear this pac3 are enclosed in the pac3 itself (also click "wear" when ready to use it)

communist man sees everything in red and plays the USSR theme everywhere he goes and he also emits a red light so he can see capitalists if they are hiding in the dark

(use this pac3 in third person as the music bugs out in first person)
