Description
A medium sized map designed for a unique battle between friends. Created over the course of two weeks. My first map on the workshop and of course, my piece of workshop content.

The map is made to be a competetive but fun KOTH-like map, however designed in a more "Gmodish" style.

Get to the large base as quick as possible, and close all of the entrances before other players sneak inside. Players are meant to defend the bigger base from other intruders, and the players outside of the base are tasked to break into the base and "overthrow" the other players. This cycle then usually repeats again.

Includes:
  • A bridge (of course), which can shifted and hidden through a control panel.
  • Decent AI Nodegraphs.
  • Shared spawn inside another "lesser-quality" base.
  • One large "base", which includes several features. (See below)

Base Features:
  • Locking systems for all of the many entrances in the base, to provide security to players within.
  • One entrance includes an "air-lock"-like design, which can also manually toast intruders inside.
  • Two towers for all your camping and sniping fantasies.
  • Underground garage to fit all your OP tanks and what-not.
  • A "Throne Room", a perfect place to base all your stuff and a perfect place to look bossy. Also includes secure locking mechanisms.
  • A control panel that can adjust the state of the bridge ("open" or "closed). Can be locked through the "Throne Room" incase any unwanted visitors somehow got on-top of the base.
  • A basketball court? (why not)
  • Definitely not a secret power box.

Tips: To operate lock mechanisms, keep in the mind that the RED button locks the selected door, while the GREEN button unlocks it. Use this to keep out most invaders.

Press the RED button in the "air-lock" entrance to drastically alter an opponents appearance. Side-effects may include sweating, skin tone change, severe burns, and eventual death. Mind the flames.

Incase you accidentally toasted your buddy, or just don't like the sound of a burning campfire (or flesh) then press the GREEN button. This will extinguish the flames.

Inside the "Throne Room" there are two sets of buttons and locks. One near the door, and one on the chair. Both act on the same door.

You may also notice inside the "Throne Room" there are a set of weirdly-looking colored boxes. These are buttons, and can be used to lock the "Control Room" on the roof, incase an unwanted guest somehow got control of your roof.

Speaking of the "Control Room", there is a similar weirdly-looking box. This is a button, and can be used to "Open" and "Close" the bridge horizontally. Bridge can also be reverted back into its normal position. Keep in mind, the bridge may take some time to fully close. Use this button to keep intruders from driving down into your base.

The Power Box:
If you manage to reach the "Power Box", consider yourself lucky. If the other players decided to block-up all the entrances in a obnoxiously defensive style, this will be your only chance to foil their defense. You'll find out the button(s) might do more then make a unique dinging sound. Press the green one first, then the red Then proceed see the look on their faces when they see that the doors started acting weird.

As a base defender, it is advised to keep other players away from the box. You probably won't like the results.

Sorry, easy answer is the "Power Box" can completely render your defense useless, as it can open every single door in your base. The green button unlocks all the doors, while the red opens them all. If you want to play it sneaky, you should only press the green button.

Have fun!
