Trying to move a lot of information on github, like changelog

I made a simple hud for gmod on a friend's server for fun, and want release it on workshop :P
To see how many players will use it and maybe I gonna update and improve it :D

If you want to help, you can fork my work on github, make your change.
And if you want me to add your change, just ask for a pull request, I will look into it and I will appreciate your work :)

This HUD has some cvar for enable/disable some parts of hud :
pulphud_enable 1/0 - Enable/disable the hud
pulphud_notification_sound_enable 1/0 Enable/disable the sound of the notification when they pop in
pulphud_compass_enable 1/0 - Enable/disable the compass
