Light Hover Pontoon

Description
Based on the Hover Pontoon by ClownShoes (original linked below) I do not take credit for the original design.

My version is a lvl 5 unlock and is a more light duty version. No need for Sathium for the hardened blocks. Med station and a few other thigns were left off as well to keep the unlock as low as I could. Also couldn't see the point in 4 guns, so mine has 2 on top instead of 2 on each side.
