I experienced the same with some scenarios. Click simply on the button "edit". The editor will be opened where you then click on the orange arrow to return to the game. A table will be displayed with question if changes should be saved. You click on the button "yes". The scenario again fail to load, so you again click on "edit" and from the editor you click again on the orange arrow to return to the game and the scenario should be loaded without problems. I used this procedure, which I got from advice, many times and it worked everytime. If you will open the scenario next time it will be loaded without any problems.

Me too. It says 'failed to load SC37-682 and 688' (if I remembered well). What I usually do in such case is 'esc' and the scenario will start. It looks like the problem is engine number two, which is inactive and inaccessable. I hope you can fix it!
