Electric Upgrades

Description
Adds higher tiers of power generation buildings. They require research and cost more to build, but will save
space in your colony by generating more power per square foot.

Generally, the mk2 version of each generator costs 4x as much as the regular one, and generates 2x as much power.
I also gave them twice the hitpoints and work to build.

Only for Solar Panel btw. The wind turbine doesn't do it.

Hi, nice mod! The only issue I'm having is that the charge bars extend way beyond the building. Check this out: https://i.imgur.com/T5qZ4zs.png - is this a known issue?

Also, with latest version, so dont this version have extra research for the mk2 versions.
