Description
NOTE: I am not the maker of the houses, I only edit them in the editor and make a garden around them.

I decided to re-do the 'American Suburban Customised' series because alot of people were experiencing issues with the manicured grass and other props.

I have also added a 'required assets' list, because this is way easier than downloading them one by one :D

There is grass decals on front of the driveway its overlapping on the roads. Would be cool if you can fix it please!

I suggest you go ham and max out all the visual settings even though you don't even know what they do, and unlock the true potential of a tragic AO and make your screenshots look like this: https://i.imgur.com/bf5HSfP.jpg 👌👌👌
