Cold Climate Cycle B18

I like climate cycle since it makes the weather more interesting in general, but I prefer the counterplay of colder temperatures to that for warmer ones. That's why I made this mod, a simple edit of the normal Climate Cycle where temperatures range from -30 to +10 versus the normal values. Does not replace the normal climate cycle and should be safe to add to saves, though it won't do anything unless you manually edit them.
