16-bit Isaac Booster pack 5 Fix

Description
This fixes the devil doors not showing, bone hearts appearing as soul hearts and mini map icons.

Edit:added fixes to some other misc stuff

16-bit is necessary for this to work as its just a patch and not the entire mod

WHY DOESN'T SPRITES WORK??? I understand that's hard to do and i appreciate your work, but have you changed sprites? It's seems broken ngl.

Sadly I can't change some files from the original without reposting the entire mod.
For the charge bars though, I recommend getting Chargebargs for Brimstone & co .
