[CW2.0] M24

Adopted by the US Army in 1988, the M24 became the main rifle for snipers until 2010. Based on the civilian variant, the Remington M700, it featured a “long action” bolt, allowing it the capability of being chambered in larger calibers compared to the 7.62x51. After their removal from service in 2010, they were then reconfigured into the M2010 Enhanced Sniper Rifle, that was rechambered in 300 Winchester Magnum (7.62x67).

To start off, this M24 was not actually ported by me. It was ported by Rinic. I came across his pack a long while ago, and wanted to make them more realistic. While his M24 goes off with a style similar to COD, mine will try and stray off into specifics. I know that last sentence doesn't make sense, but I mean this: His M24 focuses more on being a COD gun, while mine focuses on staying specific to the era. How so you may ask? Well, I removed a lot of unnecessary content to make the pack smaller, and made some changes to damage and recoil. If the recoil feels a bit too easy, I'll change it up a bit. I will also try and keep this pack updated regularly if any issues come up.

Will try and add some more realistic statistics in later updates.

If you want more attachments, such as the bi-pod, you need to subscribe to the HK-416.

I do not claim to have made the entirety of this, I have simply removed some extra content as well as made some changes to make the weapon more specific and realistic. I don't make content for money and simply do this for fun or to help some of my friends who wants specific guns w/o having to download so much.
