This will replace the bald shopkeeper - to another bald shopkeeper

Works for multiplayer

Changes:
* images\system\shopkeeper.png
* images\tiles\Shelf.png & shopsign.png
* models\creatures\shopkeeper
* music\shop.ogg
* sound\buy.ogg

The mod is a re-upload as this mod wasn't avalible until the v.3.1.8 update due to bugs in the game
