I RECOMMEND DELETING THE OLD VERSION BEFORE UPDATING AS THERE'S PLUGIN CHANGES AND NEWLY ADDED EXTENSIONS FOR ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONALITY

NOTICE:

AS RECENT SOURCEMOD VERSIONS PROGRESS ONWARD, THERE HAVE BEEN DETECTIONS OF FALSE POSITIVES BY ANTIVIRUSES, PLEASE EXCLUDE YOUR ENTIRE ADDONS FOLDER BEFORE EXTRACTING THE FILES FROM THE ARCHIVE

This spawns all the survivors in every campaign you play and you can choose one of them by pressing the = button


Commands & Cvars for Survivor Chat Select Windows :

sm_n / !nick : change your character to Nick
sm_r / !rochelle : change your character to Rochelle
sm_e / !ellis : change your character to Ellis
sm_c / !coach : change your character to Coach
sm_b / !bill : change your character to Bill
sm_z / !zoey : change your character to Zoey
sm_f / !francis : change your character to Francis
sm_l / !louis : change your character to Louis
sm_csc : change any player's character
sm_csm : change your character

[Cvars] - Location: cfg/sourcemod/l4dscs.cfg

l4d_csm_admins_only : Admins can change their character only

l4d_scs_botschange : Enable extra bots to change l4d1 survivors when round begins. You may change 1 to 0 because survivor bot manager will be useless with this being enabled

l4d_scs_cookies : Save your character who you're playing as. For example if you enable this and you open up your game, you play as which character you want at first, and then type in the chat !francis or whatever character you want to save as default. NOTE that your saved character will load up on the next round start (Disable it if you're selecting your character through the lobby)

Credits to all the coders from alliedmods community especially the ones who made the mod possible

I reuploaded to microsoft one drive because of the extensions for the plugin being rejected by the vpk compiler and not added to the package. This has the final fix ..

The first issue was caused by me forgetting to remove Vscript Survivour Manager, and doing so fixed that, but the second one remains.

I installed all of the plugins according to the video, and when I launch the game, it makes it so that the l4d1 survivors are all invisible, and that you wind up playing as the l4d2 survivors, regardless of the campaign you select.

@MeastDaDon, When the error pops up, just hit the little checkmark box where it says something like "...do this to all current items..." And click skip, then should go through. I haven't had any problems with it.

I keep getting error says
“l4d2_bugfixes.autoload
Type: AUTOLOAD File”
When I try to copy and paste to addons file.

@Trappist I removed it years ago due to an opposite complaint, they want a video about it on how to install the mod. If I were to ratio the complaints, majority of the users want a video instruction since this mod's first upload back in 2018 rather than written in the description. People who thoroughly followed the intructions from the video will likely make the mod work 100% of the time, those who rush on installing without following the simple steps will likely fail unless you really know what you're doing then there's no need for you to follow the video.

Please put some more basic info on how to install in the description. I figured it out but it was more annoying than it needed to be.

@Chara if u go into the cfg folder and then into the sourcemod folder, you'll find a .cfg file called "l4d_superversus". open it, and if you scroll down (i suggest using ctrl + f (or cmd + f on mac) and typing 'survivor' w/o the apostrophes for easier navigation), you will find two lines that label the static minimum number and maximum number of survivors. for each, change it to "5" or whatever number of survivors you would like and save ur changes :)

@Santiagoxd - Make sure to follow the video tutorial that OP has posted. It's a walkthrough of how to unpack the files and place them into the correct categories.
