L1A1:

The L1A1 Self-Loading Rifle, also known as the SLR (Self-Loading Rifle), by the Canadian Army designation C1A1 (C1) or in the US as the "inch pattern" FAL, is a British version of the Belgian FN FAL battle rifle produced by the Belgian armaments manufacturer Fabrique Nationale de Herstal [FN]). The L1A1 is produced under licence and has seen use in the Australian Army, Canadian Army, Indian Army, Jamaica Defence Force, Malaysian Army, New Zealand Army, Rhodesian Army, South African Defence Force and the British Armed Forces. The L1A1 and variants have seen use in several conflicts, including as part of the Cold War. L1A1s have been used by the British Armed Forces in Malaysia, Northern Ireland, and in the Falklands War (in opposition to FN FAL-armed Argentine forces), the First Gulf War (where it was still on issue to some second line British Army units and RAF personnel not yet issued with the L85A1), by the State of Kuwait Army during the First Gulf War, by Australia and New Zealand in Vietnam, by Nigerian and Biafran forces during Nigerian Civil War and by Rhodesia in the Rhodesian Bush War

M14:

The M14 rifle, officially the United States Rifle, 7.62 mm, M14, is an American automatic rifle that fires 7.62×51mm NATO (.308 in) ammunition. It became the standard-issued rifle for the U.S. military in 1959 replacing the M1 Garand rifle in the U.S. Army by 1961 and the U.S. Marine Corps by 1965 until being replaced by the M16 rifle beginning in 1964. The M14 was used by U.S. Army, Navy, and Marine Corps for basic and advanced individual training (AIT) from the mid-1960s to the early 1970s.



To start off, this M14 & L1A1 waere not actually ported by me. It was ported by Rinic. I came across his pack a long while ago, and wanted to make them more realistic. While his guns go off with a style similar to COD, mine will try and stray off into specifics. I know that last sentence doesn't make sense, but I mean this: His guns focus more on being a COD gun, while mine focus on staying specific to the era. How so you may ask? Well, I removed a lot of unnecessary content to make the pack smaller, removed some sights I felt were not appropriate for the environment, and made some changes to damage and recoil. If the recoil feels a bit too easy, I'll change it up a bit. I will also try and keep this pack updated regularly if any issues come up.

Will try and add some more realistic statistics in later updates.

I do not claim to have made the entirety of this, I have simply removed some extra content as well as made some changes to make the weapon more specific and realistic. I don't make content for money and simply do this for fun or to help some of my friends who wants specific guns w/o having to download so much.
